Today I’m talking with a Chicago amiga. Aidé is a Sociology Ph.D. candidate. Her work explores the experiences of Latina graduate students, including the challenges they encounter and the supports they utilize. She is a higher education content creator that shares her experience as a Latina Ph.D and has built an online community with other Latinas across different disciplines and careers. As a Chicago native, she co-hosts events across the city to bring Latinas together.
