Day 1: Reconnecting with Cultural Roots to Embrace our Cultural Identity.

We'll start by exploring the history of Latinx culture and how it has evolved over time. We'll also discuss the importance of embracing our cultural identity and learn techniques for connecting with our roots.

Day 2: Breaking The Cycle & Navigating Challenges as Latinas

On day two, we'll focus on the challenges that Latinas face in today's world. We'll discuss issues such as discrimination, microaggressions, and stereotypes, and learn strategies for overcoming them.

Day 3: Building a Lasting Legacy

Finally, on day three, we'll celebrate our unique experiences as Latinas. We'll share stories, discuss our triumphs and struggles, and learn from each other's experiences.

Throughout the training, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other Latinas who share your experiences and learn from expert facilitators who understand the challenges you face.
