Hi! I’m Karina, and this is the Elevating La Cultura podcast. I created this space as a way to have conversations with other Latinas so we can share our personal stories and experiences.

Each season will be centered around a specific theme, like business, mental health and wellness, education and more, with the Latina perspective. We will be hearing personal stories that have shaped us to be who we are today.

I hope that with each episode, you’re inspired, and empowered to reflect on your own story. Because I believe the more we share our stories, the more we can become connected, and elevate la cultura for the generations to follow.
