Episode 120: Karina Season Finale
Hey hey! I can not believe we’ve made it to the end of Season 10. It’s still a little surreal to realize I’ve been doing this for 10 seasons. Thank you SO much to everyone who has continued to support and taken us to over 8000 downloads…next year we will hit 10k for sure!
This season was special because I got to interview amazing non profit leaders.
I love that the whole Elevating la Cultura Podcast was opened up with Jasmine being one of my first guests, and is now with me closing out season 10. I have learned so much being on the board of the non profit The Fire House Dream. We’ve literally been pivoting as a board, as a team, with programing….with all the things especially during and since the pandemic.
Through being on the board I’ve learned how hard it is to actually run a non-profit…especially if we want to do it intentionally, ethically, and with the best interest of the community.
This season is filled with amazing leaders that really want what’s best for their communities and are working hard to spread the word, raise funds, and create a lasting impact.
As we get ready to end the year and jump into the holiday season, I’m so thankful for another season of elevating the stories of Latinas who are doing amazing things for their communities. I hope you all find time to rest and pour into yourselves mentally during this season.

I’ll be coming back in the new year with season 11, and a whole calendar of events for us. I’ll also be opening the doors next week for the Showing Up Latina - in Business cohort for Jan, feb, and march.
I’m working with some jefas this quarter to close out the year strong, and we will be continuing to set ourselves up for a strong first quarter. So don’t miss out the next cohort so you can have some accountability and strategy for your business goals.
